Discover the renowned Four Pillars, the pinnacle of Australia’s gin industry, where you can indulge in their bold navy strength gin or delightful shiraz gin. Along the way, we will also visit exceptional boutique cellar doors. If desired, we can even include a visit to a local dairy or chocolate factory for delightful samples.

Itinerary
The Hipsta tour of the Yarra valley is an excellent way to feel your inner urban style vibes. Take a break from wine intense day and explore the alternative Yarra valley drinks and produce.
Pick up 9.30am city area or 10.15am Yarra Valley area.
10.30am - Local boutique winery for tasting. Just to get the taste buds going.
11.45am Four Pillars distillery with tasting or tasting paddle your choice? This is a fun stop and real highlight.
1.15pm - Coldstream brewery lunch. Main meal with tasting paddle (beer/cider) or glass of wine. Or if you want a winery venue for lunch we can do that to? let our team know.
3.15pm Coldstream or Yarra Valley dairy visit with tastings if available.
4pm Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and ice creamery visit. They have some chocolate samples available to taste. Also time to shop for sweet goodness.
4.30pm Depart Valley once we are done with our hipsta exploring.
4.30pm Drop off Yarra Valley area.
5.15pm latest drop off city. fin
