Four Pillars Gin is a world renowned craft distillery based in Healesville, within the heart of the Yarra Valley. Established in 2013 by Cameron Mackenzie, Stuart Gregor, and Matt Jones, the distillery has quickly become a global leader in the craft spirits movement while remaining deeply rooted in its local community.
About Four Pillars Gin
The team specialises in what they describe as “modern Australian” gin. These are bold, flavour forward spirits that blend traditional juniper with fresh citrus and unique native botanicals such as lemon myrtle and Tasmanian pepperberry. They are also famous for their inventive experiments including barrel aged releases and fruit infused spirits. Their award winning core range features the iconic Rare Dry Gin, Navy Strength, Spiced Negroni Gin, and the fan favourite Bloody Shiraz Gin.
In 2022, Four Pillars achieved a significant milestone by becoming Australia’s first certified carbon neutral gin distillery, gaining international acclaim for their dedication to sustainability. Their Healesville headquarters recently underwent a massive 7 million dollar expansion, resulting in a world class facility that includes a large indoor and outdoor gin garden, a stunning copper bar, and a boutique shop offering limited releases and exclusive local spirits. Four Pillars is widely regarded as a must visit Yarra Valley destination and a global benchmark for quality gin production.
