Operating 7 days a week, we provide door-to-door service with pick-ups available across the Melbourne metropolitan area and throughout the Yarra Valley.

Pricing

Our rates are designed to be competitive and vary based on your choice of tour, group size, and specific inclusions.

Public Tours: Social group pricing (starting from $150pp).
Private Tours: Customised quotes based on your specific requirements (From $120pp for 20 people or 2 people from $270pp).
Budget-Friendly Options: Flexible itineraries to suit your needs (from $100pp for 10pax).
Luxury Upgrades: Premium “Golden Barrel” experiences (from $280pp).
Transport Only: Charter-only rates are also available upon request.

A deposit is required to secure your date. Final balance is due 7 days prior to departure.

Pick Up & Returns

We offer convenient collection and drop-off at: Additional fees for 2 to 4 people groups in city or eastern suburbs.

Melbourne CBD or North, East or South East suburbs $150 extra fee
Any Yarra Valley address or accommodation no extra fees
Lilydale Train Station (ideal for those meeting the tour locally) no extra fees

While we pride ourselves on flexibility, here is a glimpse of what a typical full-day Big Grape tour looks like.

We’ll collect you from your home, hotel, or office. Timings are flexible to suit your group’s needs.

Kick off the morning at a boutique winery. Enjoy a guided tasting session while taking in the rolling hills and morning mist of the valley.

Time to refuel with a long-table lunch. We offer three distinct styles:

Option 1 – Boat O’Craigo: A relaxed, social vibe featuring gourmet wood-fired pizzas and antipasto platters to share, accompanied by a glass of estate wine.

Option 2 – Coldstream Brewery: A local favourite for a hearty pub-style meal. Choose from their award-winning parmas or pizzas, paired with a glass of wine or a tasting paddle of their famous craft beers and ciders.

Option 3 – Steels Gate Wines: A sophisticated, upper-class dining experience. Enjoy a refined a la carte lunch with a seated wine tasting and a glass of premium estate wine.

We head to another boutique producer for a relaxed afternoon session, focusing on the region’s famous Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Finish the day at a scenic vineyard. This is the perfect time to unwind, soak in the last of the views, and grab a few bottles for your cellar.

Settle into the luxury of our modern vehicles for the return journey to your nominated drop-off point.
