Coldstream Brewery

Coldstream Brewery is our go to choice for a premium brewery experience in the region. Located at 694 Maroondah Highway, it is widely considered the gateway to the Yarra Valley. The venture was started in 2007 by a group of local mates who opened the restaurant and bar in June of that year, with on site brewing operations following shortly after in early 2008.

The brewery is set within a character filled historic brick building that has served many purposes over the years, including a tannery, a general store, and an antique shop. Today, it stands as a relaxed and family friendly destination featuring a full bar and a pub style restaurant. The menu focuses on locally sourced modern Australian fare, including gourmet pizzas, burgers, and steaks, making it a fantastic spot for both lunch and dinner.

Guests can enjoy a variety of tasting paddles featuring their signature beers and ciders on tap, along with unique seasonal limited releases. Whether you are looking to settle in for a meal or grab some fresh brews to take home, Coldstream Brewery offers a quintessential local atmosphere.
