Tokar Estate

Tokar Estate is a premier family-run winery, restaurant, and cellar door situated in the heart of Coldstream. Established in 1995 by Leon and Rita Tokar, the estate was born from a vision to create a Mediterranean-inspired oasis among the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. By the late 1990s, the first vines were planted, and today the 12-hectare property produces exclusively single-vineyard, estate-grown wines that are renowned for their quality and character.
